November Retreat

Three days in the beautiful town of Lake Forest Park (northeast Seattle) by Lake Washington. Inquiry, sharing, silence, music, movement. This retreat is non-residential: commute from home, book an airbnb.

Schedule:
Friday 11/8 9:30am-9:00pm (morning session, lunch break, afternoon session, dinner break, evening session)
Saturday 11/9 8:30am-8:30pm (morning session, dancing/movement, lunch break, afternoon session, dinner break, evening session)
Sunday 11/10 9:30am-5:00pm (morning session, lunch break, afternoon closing session)

Your fee includes tuition and materials.

Book your own lodging separately (recommend airbnb) or commute from your own home.

Note: You will be responsible for your meals during retreat. We'll have refridgerator space for your food if you need it. Tea, coffee and snacks are included along with all your retreat materials
We will end 5pm on Sunday 11/10 so you can plan to travel later that evening if necessary
Travel to retreat on your own, and we'll help with carpooling--we will share names of other attendees so you might travel together. Retreat location is northeast Seattle near Lake Washington.

If you cancel 14 days or longer from retreat, you receive a refund less $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel after October 25th, we are unable to refund unless we (or you) can find someone to fill your spot
