You will book your own lodging separately and directly with the venues.

A) single dorm room on Bastyr Campus ($59/night)

B) a full service hotel room at The Lodge at Saint Edwards (range $239/night).

C) You are also welcome to stay anywhere of your choosing near Bastyr University Kenmore campus. We'll be meeting on the Bastyr campus every day.

Welcome to Retreat in The Work

We begin Weds 10/25 evening at 6 pm with dinner in our meeting room on Bastyr Campus. Flights into Seatac should arrive by 2pm latest for easy travel time.
Book your lodging directly with Bastyr or The Lodge (your choice) or a close-by personal alternative. Commuters welcome.
Several meals and snacks are included in the booking fee, you'll need to have some spending money for some meals or groceries
We will end Noon on Oct 30th, 2023: please stay for the entire retreat (flights out 3pm or later)
Travel to retreat on your own, and we'll help with carpooling--we will share names of other attendees so you might travel together. Retreat location is 20 mins northeast from downtown Seattle.
All materials supplied, bring your journal if you like
If you cancel 31 days longer from retreat, you receive a refund less $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel after Sept 25th, we are unable to refund unless we (or you) can find someone to fill your spot
